Hagar S. Abdrabou, PhD. in Dairy Science and Technology, Alexandria University. Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from Six Sigma Institute, USA. The field of interest is developing innovative functional foods, food security, and food value chains to preserve and sustain environmental resources. Key publications focus on spreading the awareness of the concept of functional foods through the public using innovative natural resources that enhance people's general health and cut down the environmental contamination; water and soil. Regarding the volunteering work, Hagar is a jury member of Blastoff.
