Brief Introduction about main academic achievements and key publications

Sherif Ahmed Abu El-Magd is an internationally established scientist in the field of hydrogeology, Geospatial Information Systems (GIS), remote sensing, natural hazards and environmental modelling, application of GIS and machine learning models in water and natural hazard assessment, groundwater vulnerability assessment and groundwater modeling. Sherif is also presently working as lecturer at Geology department, Faculty of Science, Suez university in field of hydrogeology and mining geology. Sherif has more than 15 years of consulting, research and teaching hydrogeology, geological hazards and geo-mining. Sherif hold B.Sc. Geology and M.Sc. for groundwater potentiality and Ph.D in groundwater modeling from Sohag University, Egypt.
