Brief Introduction about main academic achievements and key publications

Dr. Liu is a professor at Wuhan University, China. He obtained his Bachelor’s (2003) degree from Lanzhou University, Master’s (2005) and Doctor’s (2008) degrees from Sun Yat-Sen University, China. He worked for Zhejiang University as a postdoctoral research fellow from 2008 to 2010. He worked for Technical University of Denmark as a researcher in 2012. From 2014 to 2015, He worked for UC Berkeley and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory as a visiting scholar. His research interest is related to statistic hydrology, hydrological model, and water resources management. He has published over 90 papers in top international and Chinese journals, including Journal of Hydrology and Water Resources Management. Currently, he is appointed as the Chair of YLCAWA.
